Our warranty on prebuilt motors is as follows:
-Lifetime warranty against manufacture defects or flaws. (For as long as you own the motor and/or CustomCDR is in business).
-In the case of user caused damage, repair cost will vary, but will only go up to a maximum of half the retail price of the motor or $20.00, whichever is less.
Our warranty on motor parts/accessories is as follows
-Lifetime warranty against manufacture defects or flaws. (For as long as you own the motor and/or CustomCDR is in business).
-There is no coverage for user caused damage on parts. This includes damage in assembly of kits or motor parts. If you break a kit when you are trying to build it, you will have to purchase a new one.
